Online Trading Stock and Option as Investment Tool
We can combine online trading stocks and option to increase our returns and to decrease our risks. For example : covered call option strategy
Covered Call is a strategy in Online Options Trading that buy the stocks and sell the options. Our stock investment would be in profits, as long as the stock price is higher than the purchased covered calls ( stock price - option premium ).
Please remember when we use online trading stock and option as investment tool, we should pick the stock first then the options, not the other way. Why ? because writing covered call strategy is not match for all type of stocks.
